Who is your payment processor?

We use Stripe to process your payment. Stripe is a globally renowned, secure payment processor.

Will my data be secure?

Our platform is hosted by AWS (Amazon), who are ISO27001 compliant, in addition the data you store with us is encrypted at rest and at transit to industry level standards. We have systems that actively monitor security to provide additional assurance and we regularly conduct independent penetration tests.

Do you comply with GDPR?

Yes, our software is fully GDPR compliant, you may also use Cleata to process special category data. If you wish to use Cleata to process special category data we need to create a non-standard data processing policy. Please contact us to set this up before you sign up.

Can I upgrade to a different plan once I have signed up?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time by logging onto the portal and selecting upgrade..

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in the UK and is hosted by Amazon in the UK.

How do I cancel my service?

You can request cancellation by sending us a ticket or emailing the support team.

Can we procure your system via any government framework?

Yes, we are available on G-Cloud 12.
